As a Regional Sales Account Executive, you have the responsibility to build and maintain our success in the BELUX region in order to achieve the ambitious goals set by the company.

Your two main goals will be to acquire new logos in our target sectors and maintain relationships to maximize the potential of existing accounts. To help you achieve your goals, you will benefit from commercial, pre-sales and delivery support to assist you in the complete life cycle of projects, from initial commitment to negotiation, closing of the sale and throughout the life of the project.

Your mission:

• Prospect, identify, qualify and develop a business pipeline proactively, independently and with our publishing partners.

• Conclude deals both in terms of resale of software licenses, sales of consulting and integration services as well as body-shopping.

• Identify new opportunities in your territory.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process by committing appropriate resources internally and externally with our partners.

• Perform regular updates of opportunities in the CRM in order to provide forecasts.

• Maintain a level of knowledge of Infosquare’s products and services that allows you to accurately communicate the company’s vision and solution to prospects with confidence and passion.

Prerequisite

• More than 5 years of success in the “solution selling” of software and services.

• Experience in content and document management is an asset.

• You speak French, Dutch and English.

• You have a successful experience in direct sales: “hunting” and “farming”, during which you have most often exceeded your goals.

• You have an active listening and an ability to capture the key business and IT requirements of your interlocutors.

• You are experienced in managing and concludingcompletesales cycles.

• You are a communicator with a proven ability to clearly conveycompleteideas (both orally and in the form of presentations and essays), so as to impact a diverse audience.

• You have the natural ability to quickly build trust and build constructive relationships with key decision-makers (both at business and CIO level) and to managecompleterelationships throughout the sales and delivery process.

• You master the entire process of sales, negotiation and contracting.

• You have experience selling to public organizations and private companies.

Training and qualification / skills and competences:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) in connexes fields (software, services or technology).

• Training in sales methodology (business case mind).

• Communication skills.

• Teamwork and collaboration.

• Presentation skills.

• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.

Industry

You work with Infosquare customers, within a team of technical and functional experts in information management and more particularly in ECM content management solutions (Capture, Composition, Management, Publishing, Archiving).

You are responsible for coordinating and monitoring the execution of the various projects carried out by this team of experts, bring your expertise in project management throughout the life cycle of the solutions and ensure the quality of the service provided.

YOUR MISSION

As part of your mission, you are required to coordinate with other teams and stakeholders:

• Business managers of the projects concerned
• Collaborators responsible for the infrastructure
• Project managers / team leads from other platforms

Your main activities:

• Management of new requests and change requests
• Monitoring the implementation of project activities
• Organization of support activities and incidents
• Reporting on the status of the various projects to the head of Application Pole
• Reporting on the status of the different projects to the requesting business(s)
• Coordination with other IT teams
• Support for the business in the deployment of solutions
• Problem management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You are a qualified computer engineer (or equivalent).
• You have good experience in project management.
• Knowledge of the ecm/EDM field would be an additional asset.
• You haveexcellent interpersonal skills andwritten and oral communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch.
• You are customer-oriented and have the constant concern for the quality of the service.
• You have an eye for detail
• Ability to work well in a team and with autonomy (minimum supervision)
• Contract: CDI
