PFE 2023-1: Automation of the hiring and on-boarding process of employees
  • Integrated within the Operations Department, you will be accompanied throughout your internship by our technical experts. You will be required to:
    • Perform timesheet analysis
    • Perform leave analysis
    • Perform the detection of imputation errors and their treatment
    • Generate monthly activity reports

PFE 2023-2: Management of the follow-up of professional performance evaluations

Companies are required to conduct regular interviews to evaluate employee performance.

These interviews must make it possible to:

  • Follow-up of the development plan
  • Wishes for evolution

In order to move from a manual process to automation completely digitized and supervised by AI, the student will be led to create an application to:

  • Manage and send evaluation requests to participants
  • Complete, annotate, evaluate and sign interview forms online
  • Generate the training plan and ensure its follow-up
  • Establish workflows including electronic signature
  • Archive documents

EFP 2023-3: Business Process Management

Administrative requests (request for certification, catering, reimbursement, etc.) in a company are often handled informally. Their follow-up is time-consuming and a source of dissatisfaction.

With the intention of streamlining, speeding up processing and increasing data quality, you will have to create an application to:

  • Manage requests associated with (filing and issuance) with administrative documents
  • Automate processing by implementing artificial intelligence technologies (e.g. Text Mining)
  • Validate and verify performance indicators associated with processes
  • Provide reporting via dashboards and reports

PFE 2023-4: Realization of a solution for managing a catering service in an enterprise

Companies provide their employees with catering services operated by third parties (restaurants, caterers, etc.). Tracking orders and calculating restoration costs is often tedious and error-prone.

  • In order to provide employees with a friendly and rigorous service, the student will be required to develop an application allowing:
    • Register orders
    • Calculate expenses and send payment requests
    • To rate and provide assessments on the services provided
    • Analyze comments via Text Mining technologies
    • Provide dashboards to users and managers

PFE 2023-5: Development of a knowledge management application
